This is a continuation to the earlier post on driving.
The best part of an flight experience for me is the take-off and landing – the sheer power and acceleration of the (plane’s) engine completely overwhelms you over anything else possible. I see a lot of fellow passengers getting tensed up during take-off/landing; while probably they worry about the raw power of the machine and the endless possibilities on how it could go wrong, the same power thrills me.
